Busy Bee is open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Yes, we offer free parking for our customers. Our spacious lot is located directly in front of the pharmacy, with designated accessible parking spots near the entrance.

Absolutely. Our pharmacy is fully wheelchair accessible with wide aisles, automatic doors, and a lowered counter section for easier communication with our staff. We also have a wheelchair available for customer use if needed.

Yes, we offer free prescription delivery within a 10km radius of the pharmacy. For areas outside the city, we offer delivery for a small fee. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, and you can schedule your preferred delivery time when you place your order.

Certainly! We make transferring prescriptions easy. Simply provide us with your current pharmacy’s information and we will take care of the rest. You won’t believe how easy it is as we handle the transfer of your prescriptions, benefits, contact information and more. We’ll handle all the necessary communication with your previous pharmacy and your doctor if needed.

We accept most major insurance plans, including Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB), OHIP+, and private insurance plans. If you’re unsure about your coverage, please bring your insurance card, and we’ll be happy to verify your benefits.

Yes, we always have at least one licensed pharmacist on duty during our operating hours. They’re available for consultations, medication reviews, and to answer any questions you may have about your health or prescriptions.

For most prescriptions, we can fill them in 5-20 minutes. We do our best to fill your prescriptions immediately! However, if it’s a new prescription or requires special ordering, it may take longer.

Yes, we offer a med sync program. This service aligns all your regular prescription refills to be filled on the same day each month, reducing the number of trips you need to make to the pharmacy and helping ensure you never run out of your medications.

In many cases, yes. For most maintenance medications, we can dispense a 90-day supply. This is subject to your doctor’s approval and your insurance coverage. We’ll work with you to maximize your convenience while ensuring you have an adequate supply of your medications.
